I have been placed in charge by the owner of my company to research the cost to setup a granite/marble countertop fabrication and installation shop. The company currently consist of three lumber yards with a specialty shop. The shop includes formica counter top fabrication and installation. We also do various types of woodwork along with window and door installation. With the current economy and growth in demand for granite and marble countertops we are looking to cut out the middle man. With this said we are looking to setup shop and do our own. However we need the equipment and training. Along with the equipment needed and prices for that we are interested in wear and tear replacement parts cost.
