ALBAs stone, bricks, and architectural blocks have been a mainstay of the built environment in Quebec, Canada and North America for almost 50 years. All our product lines are made of 93.3%-pure calcite from the quarries of our subsidiary, Les Calcites du Nord inc. of Mistassini.
This material, which some call “white gold”, boasts exceptional mechanical properties: solidity, durability, and superior tensile strength and resistance to water penetration—which, when added to an esthetic appeal combining clean, distinctive finishes and beauty, enhance the appearance of any building!
