StonExpo and Marmomacc have entered into a new strategic alliance, resulting in the rebranding of StonExpo to StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas. “In the past three years, StonExpo has experienced 95 percent growth,” said Galen Poss, president of Hanley-Wood Exhibitions, owner of StonExpo. “Now with the united strength of the StonExpo and Marmomacc brands, this event will be propelled into a global market.”
StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas is expected to expand its position as a North American stone and technology event for fabricators, installers, builders and distributors. “With the addition of Marmomacc’s influence and strength within the architecture and design segments significant growth is anticipated in these key market segments,” stated a release issued by the show.
“We are excited about expanding the Marmomacc brand and increasing our exposure and visibility in North America,” said Flavio Piva, market director and co-director general of Veronafiere, owner of the Marmomacc show. “Our previous endorsement agreements with StonExpo have proven successful and mutually beneficial and we feel confident this new arrangement will only continue to strengthen both of these leading events.”
