StoneContact premium members (gold members and sponsors) now have the privilege to set up several sub-accounts to which they can assign the buying leads. The main-user—premium member--- can operate sub-accounts in “Sub Account Management” of Member Center. Sub-users can then contact the buying leads assigned and track the messages.
For step-by-step guide for sub-account, please see follows:
1. Create Sub-account:
Login to Member Center first，click “Add Sub-account” under ““Sub Account Management” in the left menu. Fill in the sub-account information: account name, linkman, password, email, phone, etc. Check “Use”，then click “Submit”.
2. Manage Sub-account:
In “Sub-account List” under “Sub Account Management”, you can manage all sub-accounts: view status, edit, delete, etc. In sub-account editing page, you can modify contact, password, phone, etc.
3. Assign Buying Leads:
In “Assign Buying Leads” under “Sub Account Management”, main-user can assign buying leads to any sub-account. There are 3 ways to assign buying leads: through product category, through choice box, through keywords. These 3 ways can be used separately or together to ensure the accuracy of the results. Take “keywords” for example:
（1）input keywords into the “Keywords” box, e.g.: black marble：
（2）click “Search” to enter the search result page. You will see some related keywords and the result total on top of the result list.
（3）select the sub-account to assign the buying leads on top of the result list, then choose the buying leads to be assigned. Click “Assign to account” to complete the process.
4. Sub-user:
In Member Center, sub-users can edit sub-account, password, view buying leads assigned：
（1） Login to member center first. In the “Edit Member Profile” under “Sub Account Management” in the left menu, sub-user can modify account info: contact, phone, etc.
（2） To reset password, please go to “Change Password” under “Sub Account Management”.
（3） To view the buying leads assigned, please go to “My Assigned Buying Leads” under “Sub Account Management”. Click on the photo or title to see the details.
