Viken, Sweden - June 27, 2007--The well-known Chinese laminate producer Vohringer has signed a world-wide license agreement with Valinge for its sales of laminate flooring products.
A principal agreement was reached at Domotex this year and a full license agreement was signed a few weeks later.
"I’m very happy that we have signed a license with Valinge”, Mr. Jürgen Vohringer comments. "It is very good for Vohringer to have this partnership, not only to get a legal licensed product, but also to continue to be in the front line with innovative products developed together with Valinge."
Beside Vohringer, Valinge welcomes the following Chinese laminate and wood producers as its new licensees.
Changzhou Dehao Decoration Materials Co Ltd.
Jiangsu Lodgi Woods Industry Co Ltd
Hong Kong Orisun International Co Ltd (CFloor).
All these companies signed world-wide license agreements allowing them to use the Valinge technology.
