A unique and patented feature of the POLYONE series consists of a special wire winding geometry that allows two cuts in the block for each diamond wire. The structure of machine is made up of two high quality steel columns and a cross beam, to ensure maximum stability during sawing. Sawing is done by a combined mechanical and hydraulic movement transforming the mechanical movement into a hydraulic one to obtain optimal tensioning, precise and regular sawing of block.
The hydraulic tensioning of blade is continuously maintained by electronic instruments fitted in control panel. The machine is supplied with fixed table trolley / rotating table trolley. The trolley runs on two flat and two prismatic wheels to ensure their precise displacement. The movement of trolley is governed by control panel. The machine is fully automatic and all safety factors are incorporated in the control panel. Once in operation, the machine does not require continuous presence of operator.

Simplicity and Functionality: Breton diamond wire saws have a strong and functional, heat-treated, steel frame, which guarantees the necessary rigidity in the system and the greatest cutting accuracy. The painting process guarantees high resistance to corrosion. The surfaces to be painted are first sand blasted in preparation for painting, then painted with zinc-based epoxy primer and followed by a bi-component paint. Simple and functional design is the main feature of Breton diamond wire saws, which makes them extremely easy to use and service. The wires can be replaced or moved to obtain the different thicknesses required very quickly and smoothly as the machine can be easily accessible from all sides. Masterbreton HG Machine for sawing granite blocks into slabs
The range includes four versions: HG 375, HG 475, HG 525 and HG 650 featuring a useful cutting width of 3.500, 4.500, 5250 and 6.500 mm, respectively.
This saw is safe for the operator and user-friendly.
The draw bench of the saw-frame, on the connecting-rod side, features a recess to accommodate the special, Breton patented, C-shaped tensioning-rods.
The connecting-rod, made from normalized steel, does not require any length adjustment during the saw-frame descent.
The saw is reliable, doesn’t need to be serviced and features an outstanding cutting accuracy.
A device checks, by means of four sensors (one for each screw), the synchronization of the rais-ing/lowering of the pendulum-holding slides, and it stops the machine movement when the allowed lag threshold is exceeded.
The control system through Personal Computer with user interface operating in a Windows envi-ronment is extremely clear, immediate and user-friendly thanks to the "touch screen" technology.
Furthermore, the Personal Computer makes it possible to gather and organize a series of statisti-cal data relating to both the production and the machine performance.
