* The unpolished base price for all material is $4 less than the above mentioned prices. For free length reduce 10% from the price.

Dear Customer,

    The following notes and comments on the prices, sizes of slabs, inspection and quality control (1 – 17) are an integration part of our price list. Kindly read carefully, sign and return back. These rules will be valid or the year 2004 unless otherwise stated in writing 3 month in advance.

I. Note on prices:

1. For FOB prices $1/m² is added for material of thickness 1-1.5 cm, and $2/m² for material of thickness of 2-3 cm. for other thickness, the cost will be higher.
2. Prices above are for tiles in polished, honed, sandblasted and brushed finishes.
3. For material with thickness with greater than mentioned above, an additional 20% is added for each 1cm in thickness from the unpolished base price.
4. with the exception of very large orders, delivery time is within three to four weeks from the date of order confirmation.
5. Standard sizes are available in 12x12 inches and 18x18 inches, and in cm for 40x40cm and 60x60cm.
6. Payment terms are an advance Wire transfer, Cash against document (CAD),or letter of credit(LC). No other payment terms are accepted.

 II. Notes on size of Slabs:

7. Standard size of slabs comes in minimum of 120cm in width and 200cm in length.
8. Measuring squared slabs is based on reducing 2 – 3cm in width from the side of a slab. For non squared slabs, the reduction takes place from the minimum point of each side.
9. Slabs of small size from all material (<200 cm in length and <120cm in width) as well as slabs with cracks re 20% less than our standard prices. If the deviation is from one side only it will be 10% less than the price list.

III. Notes on Inspection & Quality Control:

10. Natural stone of the same color come in different shades. Selection is possible to a certain extent only. Approvals of sample or agreed upon mock-ups are prerequisites for confirming orders.
11. The company welcomes the client to inspect the material in the factory before shipment.
12. Our policy is to accept client’s complaints or comments within one month of receiving the material. NO claims are accepted after that. In additions, No claims are accepted for any material after installation.
13. Cancellation or modification of confirmed orders is acceptable only within 2 working days from date of order confirmation.
14. The company could be liable only o its customers, but not to their ultimate clients.
15. The company takes responsibility for the packaging of the material in accordance with international standards; however the company do not insure material during shipping.
16. Natural stone requires special instruction for installation and grouting, the company is not responsible for any damage done to the material due to incorrect installation procedures.
17. For cut-to-size pieces or other non standards dimensions, a written conformation form client is required to confirm accepting the terms of order including price, payment terms, and delivery schedule.
