Also, because we personally visit our suppliers factories, we can guarantee the quality of each
stone we ship out. Other companies work with "drop-ship" meaning, they take the order and have the supplier ship the material, meanwhile never touching it. With us, everything ships directly from our warehouse in Van Nuys, California and we carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our warehouse.
