Please provide a quote for a sandwich panel with the following specifications: • Sandwich panel description: o Flat pieces: 8mm (to 10mm) sandstone laminated onto 40mm XPS o Corners: 8mm (to 10mm) sandstone laminated onto 40mm XPS with 45 degree mitred corners • Sizes (see attachment): o Flats: 600mm x 300mm; 500mm x 300mm; 400mm x 200mm o Corners: 400mm/200mm x 300mm • Sandstone: o Yellow or fine buff – not brittle; no chipping o Rubbed finish o 8mm (to 10mm) thick • XPS: o 40mm thick o B1 fire grade o Density = 35-40 kg/m3 o Compressive strength: 300-350 kPa • Lamination: Sandstone and XPS must be laminated thoroughly (no gaps) using high quality adhesive (eg: flexible polyurethane glue) • Grooves: o XPS grooved on all 4 sides (see attachment) o 30mm from top of stone o 2mm thick; 10mm deep • Edges: Straight or Bevelled (please give separate price for bevelling) • Sealing: All flat pieces and corners must be sealed • Packing: o Internal crate dimensions: 1300mm x 1050mm x 620mm – Fits 2 layers of RealStone panels o Crates to be lined with foam and closed with board; must prevent transportation damage • Quantity: Once the market has been established, we would be looking to order 500m2 to 1000m2 per month from the right supplier • Quality: Must be of the highest quality Please split your quote into the following price components: • Stone • XPS + lamination of XPS to Stone + Pressing + Cutting to size • Grooving • Bevelling • Sealing • Corner surcharge for 45 degree cutting and gluing • Packing and transport to port • Total
