Machinery Function Features
The diamond wire saw machine had been tested after long time cutting operation in quarry and improved the mechanical & electrical control system, which can achieve automatic moving controlled by constant tension, and infinitely speed adjustment of main flywheel. The working life of diamond wire is highly increased at the same time. Characteristics:
1. Broad applicability: suitable for all kinds of stone quarry.
2. High productivity: Cutting depth can reach 20 meters with fast cutting speed, about 2.5~12 m2/h according to different hardness.
3. Machine can rotate at 360 degree, so it’s workable to cut vertical, horizontal or tilting surface.
4. Low cost: The cutting surface is smooth with less saw kerf, and without any break, so that waste rate is very low.
5. Safe and green: the machine is operated separately with low noise and dust, low working intensity and high safety rate.
6. High automation: the machine can be operated easily by PLC with very simple operation panel.
