Knee-lever machine "Gran-2" is designed for grinding and polishing flat surfaces of natural stone products.
The main advantages of this stone processing equipment are:
Hydraulic clamping of the tool to the workpiece, which greatly facilitates the work process, increases productivity and ensures high quality processing.
Two speeds of rotation of the spindle, allowing not only to use different types of tools, but also to work with any type of stone.
Electric drive for lifting / lowering the traverse, which makes it possible to process products up to 350 mm thick and blocks up to 1000 mm high.
Chrome plated vertical column and quill, resistant to wear and deformation, and does not require frequent lubrication.
Wiring diagram equipped with interlocking and protection components, which ensures high operational safety in high humidity conditions.
The machine is equipped with faceplates for grinding segments such as "Frankfurt", "FAT", "AShK". Faceplates for any type of tool - "Fickert", grinding wheels are made on request.
