Nadezhda-2 Quarry Wire Saw Machine

The Nadezhda-2 diamond wire rope machine is designed for the extraction of natural stone blocks in open pits, the separation of the primary monolith and the passivation of the mined blocks. Rotation of the carriage by 360 ° allows you to make cuts both in the vertical and in the horizontal plane of the array. The diamond wire is stored in the technological holes obtained by the Gemma drilling rig.
"Nadezhda-2" is universal and, thanks to the stepless adjustment of the speed of the rope saw, is able to cut any material regardless of its strength - granite, marble, concrete, including reinforced concrete and even metal remnants frozen in the volume of the melting furnace (goat).
The control is carried out from a mobile electrical panel connected to the installation by 15-meter cables, which allows the operator to stay at a safe distance from the working area.
When mining carbonate rocks (marble, travertine, dolomite, limestone), a bar machine can be used in combination with a diamond wire machine.
