Thor Granitos was founded in 1986 in Rio de Janeiro state to attend customers seeking for high quality granite in the domestic market. Since 1997, we are the biggest industry of extraction, processing and marketing of ornamental rocks in the country and we are recognized as the largest exporter of ornamental stones in Latin America. Currently, we are present in 46 countries, with emphasis on the U.S. market. In 1998, the company took an important strategic decision: the construction of a new industrial park in Barra de São Francisco, in Espírito Santo state, with 105.000m² and 500 containers per month of export capacity, consolidating Thor Granitos as the main reference in the country.
