With a humble beginning, Aguado Stone Inc. made its launch in 1997. Martin Aguado (President) decided to go after the American dream and has created a successful business. He started off with saving enough money to buy an old chopper and an old skid steer. The business literally started off with just Martin and one (1) other employee. He is not afraid to train and teach his personnel all that he knows. His training of his personnel has led him to become one of the main cut stone providers in Texas and the US with the best quality of product.
We have seen our fair share of struggles in the past few years but the quality of product and the service that we provide has pulled us through the toughest of economic times. We have seen the rise and fall of other quarries of which some of them being ex-employees of Aguado Stone and using the work ethic they have learned from Martin to establish their business. We have even had customers report to us about a business starting up using a bait and switch technique. They used our company name to gain their trust to do business and then falsely report to them that Aguado Stone changed their business name when it came down to the payment. In the end, our quality, business ethics and the service we provide will keep this original cut stone quarry provider a leader in the industry.

Today, Aguado Stone owns and operated 4 different quarries here in Texas. We have a Limestone quarry located in Georgetown, TX. We also have two sandstone quarries located in the hill country of Texas in a town of Goldthwaite. Our other quarry is located in Lueders Texas.
