In 1908 Emil Fischer founded the company named after him, after the quarries of the brothers Jacob and Theodor Fischer bought acquired and led it until the year 1959 as Individual company.

Until today the Emil Fischer AG, a pure family Aktiengesellschaft remained in the third generation and so on more than 90 years old tradition.
