Company Description
The company "KOLOSIAN KRISTAL" sh.p.k is created on 11.04.2007 by the administrator and owner Mr. Jemin Bulica. The main company activity is: to explore, reveal and trade minerals of group 1,2,3,4 according to the law nr.7796, dt. 17.02.1994, on the mines and use of explosives.
Based on company main objectives, "KOLOSIAN KRISTAL"sh.p.k has taken:
• The permission for exploitation of the mineral-marble with nr.1051, dt.03.08.2007 for an area of 0.154km2 for a period of 10 years with the right to renew it, given from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energetic.
• The environmental permission nr.339, dt.08.06.2007 given from the Ministry of Environmental, Woods and Water Administration.
• The permission for using the explosive material nr.188, dt.27.09.2007 given from Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energetic.
• The permission for square building and the permission for building the object industrial and the elaboration of drawers given with decision of the Council of Bicaj Commune Kukes.
Our company curently is exploiting and selling 100-150m3 per month. Our marble, named "KOLOS" have been present in 2010 Verona/Italy Marble Fair. Photos from this fair are in present in related link. According to company mission and above mentioned permissions taken from Albanian Government, Kolosian Kristal sh.p.k is looking for:
- Sell in blocks in the gallery,
- Sell in blocks in Durres Port,
- Partnership, Foreigner or Albanian,
- Shareholders, Foreigner or Albanian.
