PRINTING METHODS
Binary
The head generates drops of the same size and speed.
Every graphic pixel corresponds to a drop which is always identical.
Grayscale (GS)
The head generates drops of different sizes and equal speed. Every graphic pixel corresponds to one of the levels of gray.
By quantity (Q)
The head works in binary mode at variable frequency depending on the weight of the liquid dropped, compatibly with the speed of the incoming material.
Every graphic pixel corresponds to a train of identical drops according to the quantity requested by the machine operator.
SEIKO 1536 HEADS AT 360 DPI
Heads with recirculation of the ink at the level of the nozzle plate and 8-level grayscale printing. The size of the first drop makes the point invisible. It’s necessary to choose the most appropriate type of head according to the quantity of ink that has to be dropped and to the type of product to be obtained.
RC1536-M: head with drop of nominal value from 13 pl to 100pl, suitable for working at high resolution and quantity
RC1536-L: head with drop of nominal value from 40 pl to 220pl, suitable for working with quantities with high discharges
DIMATIX STARFIRE HEADS AT 400 DPI
Heads with recirculation of the ink at the level of the nozzle plate and multilevel or grayscale binary printing depending on the head installed. It’s necessary to choose the most appropriate type of head according to the quantity of ink that has to be dropped and to the type of product to be obtained.
The S head is suitable for working at high resolution
The L-HF and PQRL-HF heads are recommended for high quantity use and, given the high flow of internal recirculation, also for processing materials with stability limits of the suspension

The vision and self-regulation system for Creavision digital printing has been designed to ensure a more efficient and effective printing process. Creavision controls the exact position of the tile on the belt, allowing for the correct repositioning of the graphic image on the substrate to be printed on.
Installed at the entrance of the tile into the digital printer, it makes it possible to identify the piece’s angle of entrance and roto-translate the graphics without using alignment guides. The result? The speed of transmission of the data guaranteed by the CoreXpress allows Creavision to communicate to the machine how to rotate the graphics in real time on the basis of the input element.
NEAR FUTURE: COLLABORATIVE FULL-DIGITAL
After many years, Credigit Infinity finally reassigns the design of the product to the laboratory technician, who has the possibility of personally organizing the sequence of different resolutions, head types, inks and materials. In System Ceramics we talk of collaborative full-digital, a philosophy that makes it possible to integrate the sequence of the applications carried out by the modules present in the glazing line in a simplified management process.
Through Genya, which contains the MMC (Multiple Machine Composer) software, the operator can instruct the machine on the sequence of applications to be carried out on the tiles. From powder to design
Gravity allows the application of Frits and Powders on porcelain and ceramic surfaces. The machine consists of a tank/elevator to load the material, a head for distribution on the tiles, and a belt to recover the excess material.
