Low-benching machine “Prima” is designed for wall stone blocks extraction in the quarries, the size of blocks is 390*190*188 mm.

The low-step stone-cutting machine "Prima" is designed for work in open pit mines and for the extraction of blocks of wall stone with a length of 400 mm, a width of up to 200 mm and a height of up to 400 mm.
The main working tools of this stone mining equipment are circular saw blades with wear-resistant polycrystalline diamond plates (PDC), which are able to cut rock hardness up to 40 megapascals (limestone, shell rock, tuff, sandstone) and ensure maximum productivity.
The versatile, but at the same time, compact assembly allows the machine to be used in quarries of any size and shape, and with the installation of an additional spindle, "Primu" can also be used for overburden operations. All transmissions are housed in sealed housings that prevent dust ingress and significantly extend equipment life. The reliability of the machine is confirmed by the long-term work of more than three hundred units in the quarries of Kazakhstan, the south of Russia, Azerbaijan, in the African and Middle East countries.
The blocks of natural stone obtained by the Prima stone-cutting machine can be further cut into tiles with a thickness of 20 to 60 mm using the Irbis multi-disc machine.
