Breton Multicut is a programmable multi-spindle automatic saw with a revolving worktable and is designed for cutting both natural and engineered stone slabs to any required size.
Breton Multicut is designed and developed to offer high-production and cutting performance combined with improved operational flexibility and a sophisticated and advanced slab optimisation system.
The work cycle - longitudinal cuts, work-table rotation, transversal cuts - is fully automatic and computer managed. Slab loading and product unloading operations can be automated to meet specific requirements. Precise and accurate cutting. Breton Multicut can in real time optimise slab surface by automatically selecting the most appropriate cutting cycle to process the work orders previously programmed in the computer system which controls and manages the production line.
When slabs are fed-into Breton Multicut, a scanner scans the shape and size of the slabs and the operator can mark out any defects, holes or cracks in the surface. Based on the information transmitted by the scanner and on the programmed work orders, a purposely developed software manages the machines and equipment forming the production line simultaneously. This software can also receive work orders through a local access network from the office PC. The work order can include diverse formats of tiles which are identified in the order utilising just the measurements for length and width. For each format the required quantity is defined and is automatically updated based on the number of cutting cycles for each slab processed until the order is completed. Slab cutting, based on the information received from the scanner, is optimised to reduce waste. Even slabs with surface defects such as holes, stains, marks etc. are optimised using this system. The scanner records the defects of the slabs and
sends prompts to the software only if the defects have been previously marked out by the operator who simply positions over the defect (whether it is a hole, stain, crack etc…) a piece of non-reflecting matt material (e.g. standard household carpet). When the slab passes under the scanner, the scanner
reads the covered areas as if part of the slab is missing identifying these zones as part/s of the slab which cannot be utilised in production. Prompts are then sent to the main system PC and the software elaborates the information and defines the best cycle to optimise production. The operator removes the material used to cover the defects which can be reused or thrown away. The information is then graphically displayed on the monitor indicating the percentage of material processed. And the waste produced….. There are several cutting and optimisation options: For sawing strips (longitudinal or transversal or mixed) the system will automatically standardize the cutting pattern so as to reduce the machine’s cycle time for very complex cutting patterns. This function brings together, where possible, strips having the same cuts so that they can be sawn in a single work cycle.

Marble bench saw ITC AV/AA with toothed belt-drive transmission system. Perfect for both building sites and for small-medium marble-works. Ideal for cutting brickworks, natural stones and stone-like materials, bricks, marbles, granites and Grès porcelain stone-wares. A solid and precise wet saw, available with manual advancement of the cutting head (by means of a flywheel on the right hand side of the machine) – model “AV” – or motorized (with inverter for regulating the speed of advancement) – model “AA”. Unlike the basic versions (ITC – ITC AL – ITC ST) the operator remains stationary, without having to move with the head during cutting.
The head runs on chrome-plated guides straightened by means of linear recirculating bearings with anti-dust protection. Manual inclination of the bridge for cuts from 90° to 45°. Adjustment of the depth of the cut is with a flywheel set above the motor unit. They are designed to work with blades of Ø300 Ø350 Ø400 and Ø450 mm. Available in single-phase or three-phase version.
Sawing-machine equipped with a cooling system for the cutting disc: a pump for the circulation of water, positioned within the collection tank, allows water to flow onto the disc for cooling. The tank, in sheet metal, is completely welded to structural reinforcements that guarantee maximum resistance to torsion/bending. The tank is emptied by opening the draining cap.

SINGLEWIRE JUPITER GS200 is an open frame single and two wires machine for squaring blocks of marble and granite and for thick cuts. The machine structure is made of two columns strongly fixed to foundations and one connecting transversal beam built in large thickness normalized steel work. Sliders vertical movement is driven through synchronized precision screws, coupled with nuts with anti_drop system and equipped with wear and tear control device. One slider supports both the main motor controlled by inverter and the big wheel which drives the diamond wire.

The length sizing machine performs the function of cutting the sizes of marble or granite of a certain size and thickness to the desired standard. It is possible to cut the thickness of the material between 6-12 cm of the machine, which is commonly used as a head cutting.

The machine is used to make lenght sizing of the tiles and Strips.

Bridge sawing machine "Ampir" is designed for processing workpieces from natural and artificial stone with a maximum size of 3000 * 1500 * 200 mm.
Sawing, edging and milling of products is carried out with a diamond disc with a diameter of 600 (800) mm, both in manual mode from the control panel, and in a fully automatic mode according to a program preset and executed by a programmable logic controller. Smooth, stepless adjustment of the carriage travel speed guarantees high productivity and quality of processing.
Modern and reliable guides immersed in oil baths, protection and interlock systems that protect the machine mechanisms and the diamond disc from breakage, a laser ruler for easy positioning and control of sawing, a dust and moisture proof electrical cabinet with a touch panel, make the machine convenient and safe to operate and maintain.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic table, which has a function of 360 ° rotation around its own axis and a lifting mechanism at an angle of up to 85 ° for convenient processing and loading of workpieces.

ICARUS is a loading/unloading ying robot designed to handle stone slabs (marble, granite, or stone material). It can realize the “book match” process, reassembling them as they where before loading, without using rotating roller conveyor.
By using this robot on resin lines it is possible the direct loading of the slabs onto the trays. This option is extremely important in case of fragile or fractured material.
ICARUS can be supplied with GRAB system which allows, in cooperation with suction cups, safe loading of travertine slabs and fragile materials.
ICARUS model has been designed by Prometec to resolve such situations where is required the absence of rails on the ground.
ICARUS for loading operation, (such as for all automatic Prometec loading machines), is equipped with a detaching device avoiding to load two or more “stuck” slabs. More over this machine uses, during the loading operation, a weighing system which reduces the risk for loading more than one slab at a time.
All the movements of ICARUS are controlled by means of inverter and by encoder, therefore all movements are extremely smooth and exact. ICARUS is a machine easy to set up for any kind of requirements by means of a wide colors touch screen.

Professional stone saw for tilted cuts designed to work slabs "face down", it allows to perform perfect 45 degree cutting even on uncalibrated slabs. No width limitation of the slab to process; even the most narrow strips can be machined thanks to the special pneumatic pistons blocking the stone.
