Özteknik Makine manufactures OZKM80 gang-saw, equipped with maximum 80 diamond blades, to transform a stone block to many slabs simultaneously and efficiently.
Özteknik Makine’s OZKM80 gang-saws employ components that are carefully designed to transfer the movement to the blade rack, flywheel and the connecting rods. The 3.5 meter flywheel is of cast iron, and guarantees a constant cutting speed. Flywheel drive shaft, produced from steel, and two cast iron supports and two spherical roller bearings on both sides ensure the flywheel’s continuous motion.
The blade holder, or blade rack, is made of steel plates joined solidly together, and slides on straight articulated guides that require little to no maintenance.
Two cranks on the flywheel driveshaft drive the two connecting rods that transfers the movement to the blade rack. The connecting rods are made out of machined steel monoblock. With this way, power and thrust is transferred to the blade holder via two rods instead of one. In addition, any risk of deviation in the movement of blade holder is therefore removed.

Pegasus ® has 4mm.-thick AISI 304 quality stainless sheet put on moving rack surface of band and for that reason Pegasus ®’s main table protects its precision just like the first day.
One of the main reasons why you are not experiencing problems with products marble, travertine etc. and disruption of caliber quality day by day is because it standardized its characteristic over decades.
In other caliber machines, due to lack of this practice on the surface where the band moves, water and mud leaking under the band, with burden of calibrated marbles and pressure of caliber heads, will corrode underside of the band and from the first day you will be experiencing deviations in your caliber quality. On such an occasion, interventions will be highly costly.
In manifacturing of Pegasus ® as well as chromium nickel plated sheet’s, used underside of the band, abrasion resistance is much longer than iron material, it is water resistant. Prime 2200 – M Slab polishing machine is controlled by a PLC unit and works in full automatic system. The machine is equipped with an Industrial PC control panel. The operator sets all the working parameters from this panel. The abrasive consumption, belt speed, bridge speed and production statistics all these information could be followed with this panel.
The special design of the bench ensures the absence of vibrations, better polishing quality and long working life. The working surface is rectified with CNC machines to achieve total planarity all over. The bench can be covered by stainless steel optionally. The special conveyor belt has a multilayer structure to achieve even movement.
The spindles have been designed taking special care to the most delicate structural and kinetic aspects which are subject to wear. Thanks to our special pneumatic system, the minimum lifting of the plates from the slab surface allows the machine to work with higher speeds and better edge polishing. For high efficiency each spindle is equipped with a specifically engineered abrasive holder plates which holds 9 abrasives and ensures an extremely high removal capacity and work stability for a uniform and perfect polishing even up to the edges of the material. The special abrasive holing plates are provided with an exclusive shock-absorbing system ensuring the correct flexibility and a homogenous and optimal working pressure. The results are a perfect polishing quality as well as a lower consumption of abrasives.
The beam forms a single unit structure made with very thick steel plates. Thanks to the special design of the beam the vibration and deflection of the beam are prevented. The spindle units are located at the centre of the beam to give utmost balance to the abrasive heads. The dynamic beam movement is provided by brushless type of motors. The whole beam system is both a compact and rigid unit, it reaches such dynamic acceleration/deceleration ramps and speed that have never been achieved before. The beam is the fastest worldwide with 70m/min speed.
The machine is equipped with an automatic electronic profile reading device. The devices can identify the shape and thickness of the slab without any surface contact. The machine has an automatic lubrication system. This system ensures the lubrication of spindles within the requested time intervals.

OZKKM 725/625 AQUILA is a monobloc bridge sawing machine that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allows every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up on quality. The standard versions of AQUILA 725/625 is monobloc, i.e. mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. For this reason, if necessary, they can be easily moved elsewhere. The monobloc configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed from time to time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being performed.
OZKKM 725/625 AQUILA are the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though they are sawing machines, both have technical solutions similar to those of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, except for the Z axis, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start).
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate discs up to a diameter of 725 mm for the AQUILA 725, diameter of 625 mm for the AQUILA 625. The head of that machine can rotate “IN CONTINUOUS” i.e. always making the less route for positioning between one cut and another, for the benefit of productivity. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is possible to draw on the X-Y plane circles and circle arches of any size, in all the positions of the working area. The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc is manual from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be equipped with a tilting table (optional) to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces.
