MULTIFLEX
Packaging line with configurable structure
Multiflex is composed by a central body to seal the boxes (wrap-around), and 4 storage units containing 120 x 120 cm sheets of neutral corrugated cardboard which is cut, glued and creased in real time by the accessories included in the storage units.
The cardboard dispensers can be aligned or arranged around the central part of the machine, according to the factory layout.
JUST-IN-TIME PACKAGING AND PRINTING
Next to the packaging module with 4 die-cut storage, multiflex offers 4 neutral white cardboard storage (120 x 120 cm), that allow you to create totally tailored packaging, increasing the degree of freedom in creating ceramic packaging.
Multiflex permits a total freedom of packaging on each production batch.
REAL TIME PRINTING
In the event the cardboard has not been previously customized, 8 high definition print heads print the graphics directly on the box in real time.
Multiflex makes up to 10 packages per minute and guarantees high flexibility thanks to the use of a unique code of neutral cardboard.

Multipack is the ideal packaging line for all sizes up to 120 x 180 cm
Multipack is the ideal packaging line for all sizes up to 120 x 180 cm, composed by a central module around which there are 8 cardboard storage units containing the die-cutters.
The storage units are close to the pick-up point and to the product, permitting the production of 10 packages per minute.
DOUBLE PROTECTION
Multipack enables a double protection around the angles (A) to protect the product during handling and transportation. This protection can be furtherly reinforced by adding another flap of cardboard (B).
DIFFERENTIATE THE PACKAGE INSIDE THE MACHINE
The size, choice of tile and graphics are the three starting points to differentiate the package directly inside the machine, withdrawing the die-cuts that can be preprinted or customized on demand by the integrated digital printing system.

THE PACKAGING PROCESS IN 4 PHASES
The dimensions of the product and the design to be printed on the package are set
According to the dimensions of the product, strips are obtained from sheets of cardboard which are first glued to create a continuous module, then creased, cut to size and printed
The strips obtained are put together to form a frame
The frame is closed with hot glue around the product
PROTECTION OF THE TILES
The tailor-made reinforced frame permits greater protection of the tiles, whether natural or rectified, especially during transportation.

Griffon is equipped with a motorized grip that ensures maximum stability for the package, placing it with precision and reducing the risk of breakage and damage.

It enables time and space saving thanks to the speed of stacking and to the possibility of arranging the packages horizontally and vertically, optimizing the space on the pallet.

The maximum versatility of the grip controlled by 5 motorized axes to carry out operations longitudinally, transversely, vertically and in rotation and combines with the electrical blocking and electronic control of the gripping.

With Falcon it’s possible to automatically manage the matching of the pallet barcode to the combined packages, allowing an efficient management of the pallet flow towards the warehouse.
With System’s Data Manager and Data Collector programs, every electronic device on the palletizer operates in complete autonomy, but at the same time communicates with the others through a field bus, enabling it to exchange, supply and receive data in real time.
