The horizontal dryers, available in "single" or "multi-channel" version with high technological performance, can be used to dry all types of ceramic products.
Throughout the line, the structure is modular, with independent adjustment, this type of structure offers simplicity of construction and extreme rapidity of assembly and start-up.
The independent multi-level channels, easily adjustable from several control points, allow the production of different formats, guaranteeing considerable flexibility and an increase in production.
Both in the single-channel and multi-channel versions, the length of the thermal unit depends on the dryer.

Spindles for swivelling diamond abrasive roller mounted on a cross slide equipped with motor with engine connecting rod and crank, and gear motor with worm screw controlled by inverter.

Sizes from 1200mm to 1800mm
For the specific processing of large format slabs up to 2100 mm, a rougher is available with one radial head with up to 20 spindles driven by individual motors. Roughing can be produced in combination with fixed rollers heads.

The adjustable work pressure ensures that the front and rear edges of the slab are held firmly in contact with the conveyor belt during processing, so as to obtain the best results even with flexible materials that tend to bend under the pressure of the tools.
The heads are raised by 4 brushless motors that operate in sync to avoid any misalignment due to mechanical backlash of the transmission system.
