Yes, there is a limit. A 20-foot container's unloaded weight is 2,300 kg and can, in theory, be loaded to a maximum weight of 28 tons (25,400kg). In other words, you can only load up to 25 tons of weight blocks. Because there are also heavy load transportation restrictions on the highways, and the blocks can damage the highways while being transported by trucks to the port or factory.
