We have the best field proven cutting/mitering saw money can buy. There are three items that make our the K Series saws standout for miter work:
1. Our cutting surface. We use a special formulated cement bed. It is a vibration dampening, non-compressive and non-skid precision machined surface that it flat and true. This helps prevent parts sliding and kicking. It also works very well with Dekton and other porcelain slab brands.
2. The saw motor pivots up into the knuckle which keeps the motor and blade centered on the z-axis tool plate. (reduced vibration = less chipping)
3. Cutting on a flat, machined surface improves miter performance dramatically. It is not wood (gaps or swelling) it is not foam or rubber which can?€?t be simply healed with thin set and re-planed. Cement just makes good common sense.

The ideal bridge saw for producers of kitchen tops.
Smart-Cut 800 Optima is a numerical control bridge saw cutting centre with interpolated axes, rotating head, specially engineered to cut in either the plunge-cut or step-cut mode, and shape, items of granite, marble, engineered stone and suchlike.
The machine is equipped with a pick-up unit with suction cups used to lift and space out the pieces for cut optimization, and move the pieces in order to work out the engravings for the rods.

The Brio can be used completly in a manual mode, or can follow a range of automatic programs including single, multiple or orthogonal cuts. Inclined, oblique, or a combination of inclined and oblique, when directed, the machine can take step cuts in the direction of the blades axis by moving all the axis in an interpolated mode without the need for a rotating table. The Brio also has the ability to follow a series of cuts dictated by a dxf file and thus transform raw slab into finished sizes with almost no operator presence. The peculiar triangular closed section and the internal ribbing provide the bridge with greater resistance when compared to traditional bridges of equal weight and length with “U” type open section.
The transversal movement mechanisms are housed in the very large shoulders section. The rack/pinion systems are equipped with devices for the continuous clearance recovery which guarantee precision in the movements.
The guides for bridge transversal stroke are effectively protected with special guards, against dust and water coming from any direction.
In the powerful trolley assembly, the slides, that are driven through precision screws, slide along prismatic guides with very large holding base.
Clearance adjustment easy to use devices allow for original precision holding in time.
Tool holder head inclination is adjustable from 0° to 90° with pneumatic locking system in any position.
Trolley, that is driven through a rack/pinion system, slides along two hardened, ground, chrome plated large diameter rods.
The rods are fixed at different levels onto bridge distant edges to allow for a very large trolley holding base, not reasonably possible with traditional guiding systems.
Owing to this guiding system, trolley reacts effectively not only to horizontal and vertical stress but also, specifically, to transversal stress that is particularly high in case of shaped tools and “spatula“ processing.
