Sorting system also for large sizes
Multigecko is the sorting line able to manage tiles with thicknesses and sizes from 1 to 25 mm, up to 1200 x 1800 mm. The sorting system is a continuous-cycle with the use of special software, that allows product and format change without any machine stopping.
FEATURES
Multigecko has ejection devices that adapt to the size working automatically in one direction or the other. It also selects the outputs quickly, piling carefully the tiles at the end of line on both the right and left hand side. According to the sizes of the tiles it will automatically and simultaneously use 1, 2, 4, 6 pick-up points.
It can be composed by:
12 pick-up points comprising 6 double pickup axes
18 pick-up points comprising 9 double pickup axes to manage also larger formats

EASY LINE BS08
Sorting line for strips and large formats
Easy Line BS08 manages tiles with sizes from 150 x 150 to 1200 x 1200 mm with a loading capacity for each stacker up to 200 kg.
MEDIUM AND LARGE FORMATS
Strips and tiles, also of large sizes, move longitudinally along the line. The stackers operate independently with the medium formats; they operate in pairs when stacking large-size tiles.
The TRAY Packing system guarantees maximum protection for large tiles.

EASY LINE FV08
Ideal for sorting with wrap-around or tray packaging
Easy Line FV08 manages square formats from 150 x 150 to 600 x 600 mm and rectangular sizes from 75 x 150 to 600 x 1200 mm with a loading capacity for each stacker up to 200 kg.
CONSTANT CONTROL
The strips, tiles and large-size tiles move transversely along the line. Size adjustments are easy setting the sizes and keeping a constant speed of 8 packages/minute also with large-size tiles (max 600 x 1200).

Sorting line ideal for small sizes
Easy Line Evo manages sizes from 100 x 200 to 600 x 600 mm, with a loading capacity for each stacker up to 150 kg.
Size adjustments are easy keeping a constant speed of 8 packages/minute. The packaging system can be built with two packing typologies (wrap around or tray packing), otherwise upon request with only one of the two with a prearrangement for the second.
