The TWISTER 97 is a portable combined hydraulic machine that can perform three different operations.
Infact it can be used for:
1) profiling, trimming and polishing marble and granite slabs from 20 mm to 100 mm with the help of diamond wheels perfectly shaped
2) effecting straight cuts, curved and ecliptical
3) smoothing and honing flat surfaces.

These manual bush hammering tools are the result of our exclusive planning and production processes; different makes and types of edge polishing machine available such as: "BOSCH - FLEX - MAKITA - RUPES" and others on request, all electrically-operated at 900W with variable speeds from 1500rpm to 4000rpm, supplied with a 3-head rotary bush hammer plate with diameter of 100 mm, with grain of choice from the 6 models available. Different machining processes can be carried out, including non-slip sleeve (minimum 38 mm) or free bush hammering on flat surface. Total weight 7kg. The tools are made of the highest quality pure widia and can be reground, thereby lengthening their lifespan.

The fist and only portable electronic profiling machine, with inverter. It has five different speeds making it capable of working every type of stone: marble, granite, composite material, synthetic material, cement etc..

All Twister Machines run on an Hydraulic Feeder with a 4HP 220/380V motor.
The Hydraulic Feeder is positioned on a handy trolley in steel that permits the maximum mobility.
It is attached to the machine through pipes 5 mt long.
It also has an oil/water exchanger to guarantee a continous colling.
It can be single-phase or three-phase.

Manual machine for practical and manoeuvrable bush hammering, with 0.37 kW motor at 1400rpm, supplied with 1 bush hammer plate with 4 heads (diameter 150 mm), with grain of choice from the 6 different models available. 2 handgrips provide total control over table work. Equipped with a handle, easy to apply and height-adjustable, it can be used for machining materials already laid on the ground. Total weight 30kg.
