The Proliner Principle is very simple: measuring with a wire. The Proliner has a measuring head that can be rotated in every direction and has a wire that can be stretched out for several meters. At the end of the wire is a metal measuring pen. With this measuring pen you can simply mark the relevant points. These points are directly translated into a digital DXF CAD file.
With the Proliner you can measure straight, curved and very complex shapes in an instant. You can measure any object in horizontal, vertical or slanting position. The digital drawing can be used to operate your CNC-machine, to print or cut your plots or as a bases for your design.
But the Proliner is more, besides being fast, user-friendly and accurate, it is durable and stands for long lasting reliability. Clients who bought the Proliner 10 years ago still use the Proliner every day to full satisfaction. Besides measuring, the Proliner is used for layout work, reverse-engineering and quality control.

Proliner Stone CT software offers additional functionalities to completely finalize the digital templates of countertops and backsplashes on-site.
Proliner CT software is installed directly on the Proliner and operated with the touchscreen. The software offers the following main additional functionalities for digital templating:
Extra (CAD) features to easily check, edit and finalize measurements on-site
Instant tangential creating fluent lines for quick processing by a CNC
Add cut-outs, production profiles and materials from a library
Place cutting lines and create separate elements
Add detailed project information and notes for processing
Export drawings and reports for the customer and production (DXF and PDF)
The same software (called Proliner Edit) is also available for installation and operation on a laptop or desktop PC.

Prodim Stairs
Prodim Stairs is Prodim’s unique solution to measure and fabricate stair coverings. Using this solution, a staircase can be measured easily and accurately. Within minutes the job can be done! It does not matter how complex a staircase is. The Proliner covers all the shapes and styles of each single step. It can measure every aspect of a stair. All stairs (wooden, stone, metal or glass stairs) follow the same procedure with our digital templating device.

With the Stairs check a staircase can be measured following the guided steps on the Proliner. When the measurement is done, the software automatically finishes the drawing. The measurement and tread shapes can be altered within the software using the CAD drawing functions. The files can be exported to DXF and PDF format. With the Check software users can check the measurement on building regulations and optimize staircases but it is also able to design the complete staircase.
