Hp100 Sintering Machine at Low Impact Energy

Elettron sas is a Company since more than 20 years involved in design construction and maintenance of machines for the production of diamond wheels, diamond blades, segments, Diamond and CBN grinding wheels.

The Company projected and produced a new machine – press HP 100 - for sintering at low impact energy.

The advantages are :

- Energy Saving; we guarantee about 75 % on the cost of electricity and water for cooling ;
- High productivity; thanks to the cooling system, minimizing the dead times between one sintering and next one;
- Low maintenance costs (steel plates and graphite ) .
The machine is installed at some of the most important Italian companies specialized in diamond and CBN wheels manufacturing.
Elettron is co-operating with technicians having more than 30 years of experience in the production of diamond and CBN wheels, and in particular in metal bonds sintering. So our Company can also offer customers know- how of sintering cycles, to optimize production processes .
Of course Elettron is available in preliminary tests to check the compliance of your needs with the performance of the press .
