kerbstone Cutting Machine Line DFLSX1200-13S
This machine line is mainly for cutting slab width above 50mm, the machine cut with 10-14pcs of blade at the same time which will dramatically increase cutting speed and overal output, daily capacity can reach 30-35m³/24h.The machine is widely used for kerbstone, roadside stone, cobblestone and tombstone etc.
Machine part:
The machine line included one slicing machine(DF1200-12S) and one edge cutting machine(DF1200-1S), worker load thick slab to the slicing machine with a crane, after slicing machine finish cutting, the roller on worktable hydraulically lift up and transfer the stone to the next edge cutting machine.
The edge cutting machine has hydraulic pushers to push all the stone with blade gap tight and together to ensure a precise cutting. After that, the cutting process is finished and ready for packaging.
electrical part:
Machine use Mitsubishi PLC control system, SIEMENS water proof button, Omron relays etc, the machine is equipped with remote control, worker can both use the controlling cabin or remote control during operation.
Advantage:
1.Segments saving: machine use multi-blade cut at the same time, every down cut is about 3-5mm(depends on stone and segment), which save segments consuming.
2.Labor saving: the entire machine line only need one worker to attend to it, machine adopts rollers to transfer stone and sensors for automatic stop and operation.
3.Workshop space saving: compared to other cutting methods, the machine need only 12*5m space when producing same capacity.

Work Example
The machine line included one slicing machine(DF1200-12S) and one edge cutting machine(DF1200-1S), The worker loaded a thick slab onto the slicing machine with a crane, and after the slicing machine finished cutting, the roller on the worktable hydraulically lifted up, and transfer the stone to the next edge cutting machine.

1、Cleaning | ||||||||
1.1 After each shift is completed, the gravel and stone powder on the trolley and roller must be removed and rinsed with clean water. | ||||||||
1.2 There should be no residual debris on the surface of the cleaning track. | ||||||||
2、Check | ||||||||
2.1 Check if there is any looseness at the connection site once a month to ensure that it is tight. | ||||||||
2.2 After the saw blade is replaced, the end face of the saw blade should be tested for a bounce, the new saw blade should not exceed 0.8mm, and the re-welded saw blade should not exceed 1.5mm. | ||||||||
2.3 Check and clean the filter element of the hydraulic station every month. | ||||||||
2.4 Check whether the tightness of the steel wire rope, belt, and chain are proper every month. | ||||||||
2.5 Monthly check that the runout of the main shaft connection, secondary shaft, and main shaft must not exceed 0.2 mm. | ||||||||
2.6 Check the oil in the spindle box once a month for leaks, not enough lubricating oil, and whether there is any abnormal noise in the spindle box. | ||||||||
2.7 Every time the blade is replaced, the chuck needs to be cleaned and the surface is flat and clean. | ||||||||
3、Lubrication replacement | ||||||||
3.1 The lubricating oil of the spindle box should be replaced once every six months, and the oil should be filled into the tank 2/3. | ||||||||
3.2 The lubricating oil should be changed every three months for the roller bearing block. | ||||||||
3.3 The drum drive chain and sprocket should be lubricated with waste engine oil in every shift. | ||||||||
3.4 One month after the first use of the wire rope worm reducer, the inner cavity must be cleaned and replaced with new oil, and the oil should be changed every six months. | ||||||||
4、Electronic control | ||||||||
4.1 Check the line every month to see if there are any problems such as damage and aging. The wire should not be exposed to water. | ||||||||
4.2 Check whether the wiring screws of various electrical components in the control cabinet are loose or sensitive every month. | ||||||||
4.3 Check whether the travel switch and the induction switch are sensitive every week and whether the wires are damaged or aging. | ||||||||
5、Hydraulic station and action | ||||||||
5.1 Replace the hydraulic oil, 46# hydraulic oil once every six months, clean the hydraulic station, and replace the filter element every three months. | ||||||||
5.2 Check monthly whether the solenoid valve connection is loose or the circuit is damaged. | ||||||||
5.3 Check whether the waterproof cloth of the hydraulic cylinder is damaged every week and whether the hydraulic rod is rusted. | ||||||||
5.4 Check weekly for looseness and oil leakage at each oil pipe connection. | ||||||||
6、Saw blade replacement | ||||||||
6.1 When replacing the saw blade, the connection of the main shaft and auxiliary shaft should be cleaned up without residue. | ||||||||
6.2 After the saw blade is replaced, the end face of the saw blade should be tested for a bounce, the new saw blade should not exceed 0.8mm, and the re-welded saw blade should not exceed 1.5mm. | ||||||||
6.3 Every time the blade is replaced, the chuck needs to be polished and cleaned, and the surface is flat and free of residues. | ||||||||
6.4 When installing the saw blade, the main shaft needs to be polished and coated with oil to facilitate the installation of spacers and saw blades. | ||||||||
6.5 When installing the saw blade, first lock the nut by hand, the saw blade rotates by hand, the two saw blades rotate forward and reverse, and the nut is locked firmly. | ||||||||
6.6 When changing the saw blade, lubricating rod screw and auxiliary shaft sliding sleeve should be lubricated to prevent wear. |
