Multi-disc machine "Baikal-1200"
The multi-disc machine "Baikal-1200" is designed for cutting granite blocks with a maximum size of 2000 * 1000 * 500 mm into workpieces with a thickness of 20 mm and more and is used for mass production of borders and thick-gauge slabs *.
The cutting tool of the machine is diamond circular saws with a diameter of 1200 mm, which are mounted on a spindle and delimited by spacers of a certain size. The whole process of sawing natural stone (movement of the self-propelled cart, lowering / raising the spindle) takes place in an automatic multi-pass mode according to a given program.
The simplicity of the design and the absence of high-wear screw elements make the "Baikal-1200" durable and undemanding in maintenance.
The resulting thick slabs can be further used for the production of sawn and sawn-chopped paving stones using a multi-disc machine "Ampir-400/7" and a stone-splitting press "Antey-50".
