In 2012, our company invested in a super-fine stone powder grinding plant right next to the mine area with the largest scale and capacity in Yen Bai with 5 modern technology CaCO3 stone grinding lines from Germany and China. producing many product segments with a capacity of up to 200,000 tons/year. Among them is the new and most advanced HOSOKAWA - Germany 800TTD ball mill line (single-driver, turbo-twin discharge) to bring products of extremely good quality, stable grain range and productivity. twice that of previous technology. Company products:
- Coated and uncoated superfine white stone powder is produced on HOSOKAWA ALPINE ball mill line - Germany with particle sizes (D97) from 1.5 m to 44 m in which the particle size of 1.5 m -2 m is only available in production system of VMPC investment.
- Coated and uncoated superfine white stone powder is produced on Chinese technology lines with particle sizes (D97) from 8µm-45µm
- Coarse chips with grain sizes (D97): 1-3mm, 1-5mm, 2-4mm, 3-5mm.
