The Westvlaamse Steencentrale has been founded in the year 1948 . From in the beginning we stand for high quality facing bricks. In the Golden Sixties the business enlarged and we became thé specialists of exclusive facing bricks imported from Southern and Western Europe and sold in whole the area of Western Europe.In the '70-'80 we enlarged further our range of products with floor-tiles, wall-tiles, roofing-tiles, natural stone and raw building materials.
Later, under the influence of an encreasing renovation-market, we bought our own cutting machine to cut brick-slips ourselves. With proud, we can say that this has become an important part of our turnover and still is increasing.
The last five years, again, we enlarged our product-range. This time with reclaimed building materials, for what, in the meantime, we have become famous. With our permanent available stocks, it never is a problem to give an answer to the most different questions and wishes of our customers. Today the Westvlaamse Steencentrale is acting as a supplier of both new and reclaimed building materials of top quality for the merchants, professionels and public.
