Po Fung Marble Company Limited, which is a subsidiary of Po Fung International Holdings Limited, was established in HongKong in 1990. It started as a construction contractor, and has been gradually reformed as one of the leading enterprises in the marble and stone industry when it moved to Huadou, Guangzhou; with business activities covering stone exploitation, production, sub-contracting, wholesaling, retailing and product design. In 2000, Po Fung invested 10 million dollars and started its massive production by establishing Yunfu Chuangye Stone Company Limited on Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, which is labelled as the City of Marble.
