Al Shanfari Marble Co. LLC, a marble mining and processing company established in the year 1984, has been silently making contribution to the economy of Sultanate of Oman by earning 70% of its revenue through exports - a clear sign of its remarkable international presence. With three quarries in total, two at Ibri city and one at Ibra city, about 320 km and 150 km respectively away from Muscat, boasting of probably the most pleasing shades of marble available in Oman, Al Shanfari Marble is the preferred destination for discerning consumers. The quarries are equipped with most modern stone cutting machinery like chain saw and diamond wire saw imported from reputed Italian companies. Our plant in Muscat situated at Ghala Industrial Area has an installed capacity of approximately 325,000 Sq. Mt. per annum. With two gang saws, four block cutters and two polishing lines, we are producing large amounts of standard polished tiles, steps and slabs with thickness of 1 cm, 2cm and 3cm used for all purposes including interior and exterior walls and floor tiles. Ably managed by qualified professionals in processing natural stones, every care has been taken to satisfy the international quality parameters as well as customer specific requirements. Apart from its stronghold in the local market, the company has been progressively expanding its international market spectrum. Our international market includes Gulf countries such as UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Syria, Libya, Lebanon, and Cyprus; South East Asian Countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, and India; and European countries such as Germany, Italy and Greece.
