Based in Shanghai of China, we are a leading Aseptic Packaging Solution Provider in China with almost 10 years experience in this field. Basically, there are two sections among our product line:
1. Aseptic Packaging Carton
After many years of research and development, we successfully launched our first aseptic packaging carton Skylong Brick in 2003. This is revolutionary because it broke through the monopoly in the aseptic packaging carton world, which was always dominated by the industry giant such as Tetra Pak, SIG Combibloc, Elopak, IPI etc. Our product has evolved a lot since then. For now, there are aseptic packaging carton Skylong Brick, Skylong carton Gable Top, etc. They are widely used for aseptically packaging milk, juice, tea and other beverages, with shelf life 8 months to 12 months. They are alternative to Tetra Brik, Tetra Gemina, Tetra Rex SIG Combibloc, IPI SA carton, Elopak Pure-pak, etc. They can be run on Skylong Aseptic Filling Machine as well as other corresponding machine branded Tetra, SIG Combibloc, Elopack, IPI, etc.
2. Aseptic Filling Machine
In 2004, we successfully launched our first Aseptic Filling Machine for the Brick package carton with speed up to 7000 packs per hour. Since then, we enriched product line with Aseptic Filling Machine for Gable Top package carton. Just as market strategy we originally set, our machines collaborate well with our aseptic packaging carton. This enable us to provide best products and service to our customer. Compared with other branded Aseptic Filling Machine, our machine is with high stability, low-cost maintenance and in-time service. Besides, our machine is very compatible and can work for all the big branded corresponding aseptic packaging carton such as Tetra Brik, SIG Combibloc, IPI SA carton, Elopak Pure-pak...
