The diamond wire cuts the block marble by a rolling pulley. When the machine starts, engine moves the motor shaft and it turns the pulley. The engine is fixed on a car and motor shaft is due to pulley. The chassis of the machine is ramped to resolve the gap creating while the diamond wire is cutting. Before cutting, the car is removed to the top of the inclined plane by a drum rope and ratchet mechanism. During cutting the car slides on the rail and maintains the tension on the wire. So that the cutting process occurs. Water is sent to the cutting zone by hoses controlled with valves. The water protects the cutting equipment from warming up and takes the marble dust away. -

Multiwire saw with a big multi-groove drum (2.35 mt diameter) on the motor side and twenty big independent tensioning flywheels (2 mt in diameter), each tensioned by the patented Multipull system to manage at best the cutting conditions and optimize the life of the diamond wires.
The plant is complete with a multi-groove guide drum (0.6 mt diameter) on the tensioning side to ensure further cutting precision. The motor drum, the tensioning flywheels and the guide drum are covered with replaceable multi-groove bands.
A robust structure, composed by two rectangular section vertical columns, having high resistance to bending and torsion, grants high rigidity and maximum precision.

Our ST machine, which does not vibrate during cutting with its solid steel chassis structure and performs vertical and horizontal precision linear cutting in PLC automation logic, is a patented design due to its chamfering specification.

Special stationary machine for marble and soft stones thick slabs cutting and blocks squaring. The tool is a sintered diamond belt that runs without friction on a double guide thanks to a water film (aquaplaning system) and a 45 kW electric motor. All functions and movements are controlled by PLC on the control panel, that allows to make automatic cycle cuts.
The block trolley capacity is 40 tons and the dimension of cm 300 x 220. The rotation control system is interfaced with PLC and visualized on the control panel.
