The new Diamond wire cutting machine NDF 6870/60 is a multi-wire machine designed to produce boards and plates of varying thickness from the large blocks of marble and natural stone. This new unit represents the most modern technology in what refers to the primary sawing of the stone blocks, becoming the alternative to the traditionally used sawing methods, since it improves the production capacity quantitatively, efficiently taking advantage of the energy resources needed to the production of materials and significantly reducing the production costs of the cutting phase.

The multiple diamond wire cutter is a machine that stands out for its efficiency and high productivity, designed to obtain high yields, which is characterized by its great robustness, thanks to its particular design that forms a compact, balanced and balanced set where all movements are concentrated, and its proven reliability and that of the elements that compose it, being all designed to withstand the toughest working conditions.

The main structure of the machine is basically composed of two sturdy columns formed by two steel-welded steel structures, connected between them by an upper crossbar. On both columns the structure of the main frame that joins the two trolleycarriages is mounted, which move vertically supported on both columns on linear guides with linear roller recirculation skates and actuated by a pair of spindles rolled with recirculating nuts balls, synchronized and operated by two motor-reducers with independent servo motors for the ascent / descent of the threads with a smooth and precise movement, located in the upper part of both columns, the entire guide assembly is perfectly protected by PVC bellows . The servomotors are synchronized by software in the vertical movements that ensure smooth cutting, low consumption and maximum precision and avoid the slacks and problems of the central motorization with transmission and forwarding.

The Ø1800 drive drum is formed by a single multi-channel pulley with grooves and connected to the main motor by a pulley and timing belt transmission. The threads are manually positioned according to the desired thickness supported by one side of the machine on the drive drum, and in turn are tensioned from the opposite end by autonomous pulleys. The diamond wires are also guided by two multichannel drums that help to significantly reduce the arrow produced by them. From the opposite end to the driving drum, the diamond wires are supported by the set of idle pulleys, designed with a particular pivoting extraction system, which allows reducing maintenance times significantly.

Once the wires are located, these are adjusted with the active tensioning device that acts individually on each of the tensioning pulleys, independently ensuring that each of the threads has the same tension regardless of the minimum differences in length between each of the threads that are installed in the machine. The tensioning system manages to increase the useful life of the wires and therefore the profitability of the machine

Machine for cutting slabs and thick slabs by means of two wires, featuring an arc-welded steel structure which is heat treated to ensure the required stiffness of the system and a top cutting precision. It is provided with two 1.000 mm Ø driving pulleys, actuated by an inverter controlled asynchronous motor that optimizes the wire peripheral speed in accordance with the material to be sawn.



Two pairs of driven pulleys with the same diameter are constantly kept under tension by two pneumatic cylinders thus giving the wire an ideal and independent tension. The assembly is complemented by two additional, independent 1.000 mm Ø driven pulleys and four wire driving pulleys.

· All the steel elements of the structure are subjected to a surface finishing consisting of a deep cleaning and degreasing treatment, a metallization treatment and corresponding protective layers and painting. These treatments enhance the durability of the machine

· All the up and down screws are protected with hoods against dust and water .

Arm-style Disc Cutting Machine



This machine is designed to have arm-style structure with detached column as support. As parameters such as cutting depth and slate thickness can be preset on this machine, whole-course automatic cutting is realized. Featuring reasonable structure, high strength, stable performance, it can be used to process large-size high quality slates. The machine allows to produce strips from blocks of marble. Its supporting structure is made of electro-welded normalized steel to guarantee the vibration absorption. The trolley translation is by a device with ball recycle in oil bath at low friction coefficient. The other movement parts are on grinded precision slides. All the movement parts are operated by PLC and graphic terminal installed on the panel. The disc fall is by means of big screws on the four columns. The machine is supplied with the horizontal disc fixed on the trolley carrying discs. The switch board is made of sheet steel, thickness 15/10 mm, painted with RAL 7032 paint, IP55 protection level. The supplying unit is composed by a magnetothermic switch with shutter locking to avoid the opening of the switch board with tension. It can be restored after opening the shutter, in case of maintenance. To guarantee the operator’s safety, an insulation transformer is installed inside for voltage 380V and output 48V for all the driving mechanisms. The thermal relays and the magnetothermics are dimensioned for every specific motor to protect them in case of anomalies.

Machine used to square blocks and cut slabs (even thick slabs) of granite by means of a diamond wire.



Machine for squaring blocks and cutting slabs and thick slabs, featuring a heavy-duty, arc-welded steel structure, which is heat treated to ensure the required stiffness of the system and a top cutting precision.



Extremely user-friendly, the machine is provided with a control console with touch-screen housed in the electric cabinet and a mobile button panel to actuate the main working axes.



It is provided with a 1.000 mm Ø driving pulley actuated by an inverter controlled asynchronous motor that optimizes the wire peripheral speed in accordance with the material to be sawn.



A driven pulley with the same diameter is constantly kept under tension by a pneumatic cylinder thus giving the wire the ideal tension. The assembly is complemented by two independent 1.000 mm Ø driven pulleys, and two wire driving pulleys installed next to the points where the wire gets into, and comes out from, the block to be sawn.

The MEB 2000 wire saw from Grani Roc is a machine designed for dressing and slabbing stone blocks. The machine is built with the classic setup of static structure and rotating trolley to position and to move the block.
· The bridge structure and pillars of the machine are built in laminated steel. All surfaces of contact between the different parts are machined for guaranteeing high precision in assembly and also in the cutting process.
· All the steel elements of the structure are subjected to a surface finishing consisting of a deep cleaning and degreasing treatment, a metallization treatment and corresponding protective layers and painting. These treatments enhance the durability of the machine against aggressive weather and working conditions.
· The main motor is direct in the main pulley, and it is controlled by an electronic frequency variator –inverter-, that permits to apply progressive linear speed to the wire and its adjustment to optimize the behaviour and performance of the tool.
· The tensioning of the wire is made pneumatic and automatically with indication of wire breakage or shortage. In this way the machine controls automatically the down movement of the machine, adapting it to the optimum working tension of the wire, avoiding possible breakages
and optimizing its behaviour.
· All the main pulleys –drive and tensioning– and guiding wheels are protected by rubber liners in order to get the necessary traction of the wire. Such liners can be easily changed once they are worn out.
· The machine is equipped with an automatic cooling system for the diamond wire with detection of constant water pressure. This system stops the machine in the case of lack or insufficient water flow, protecting the tool and preventing possible deterioration or damage of the equipment.
· All the up and down screws are protected with hoods against dust and water .
· The machines has an automatic greasing system that injects lubricating liquid in the critical parts of the machine ensuring their correct functioning and the long life of the spare parts.
· The control panel is situated in the lateral part of the machine and moves with it. It has all the drive and protection components and devices of all control and safety equipment of the machine. All these components are standard, allowing easy and quick maintenance and / or replacement.
·The machine has its own mobile compressor, necessary for the pneumatic system for tensioning the wire.
· The trolley is 2.300 x 2.300 mm and has a maximum capacity of 30 Ton. The rotation is manual 360º and can be blocked every 90º.

The machine is produced with the 4 steel constructions.
The machine has a PLC control system. Touchscreen make very ease to the operator.
Brigde movement is mechanic, Horizontal saw movement is hydraulic systems. You can control the speed of cut and back turn with plc control system.
Each of two axis make different cut thickness.
The machine has remote control via Modem system.We can control the fault remotely

Single-wire saw to square marble and granite blocks and to cut thick slabs

The STANDISH MULTI-BLADE SAW is designed for cutting slabs of stone to various widths to use
for veneer, lintels, treads, sills, etc. This machine greatly increases production because of its ability
to make multiple cuts at one time as opposed to using a single-blade circular saw. One of our
multi-blade saws currently in use has 25 blades making cuts 2” apart in one pass.
