Bridge Cutting Machine

This machine is designed for sawing slabs in an automatic program. Slabs can be placed and the machine can cut all the strips in automatic program.

You can use the saw also overnight with unmanned operation because the safety features, the machine will stop automatic if:

Amperage protection
Water failure
Trips out of a movement motor is in failure

The offset for the blade thickness
The number of slabs and the thickness.
There are 5 different slab sizes that can be put in the program. The number of repeat is unlimited

Electrification Suited for 400 V – 50Hz, 3 phase with 0 And earth
The machine is wired completely and is equipped with a stationary control cabinet, PLC control, The motors applied are fully closed and at least comply with form of protectionIP55 and insulation class F
