Before using the machine, add enough lubricating oil to the horizontal track, and check whether the vertical track, lifting track and lead screw are clean and lubricated. Whether the cooling water is unblocked, whether the wires are damaged, and whether the safety precautions are implemented.
After the preparation before commissioning, first press the grinding head start button, the grinding head rotates according to the direction indicated, and pay attention to whether the operation is normal, set the stroke switch, press the left (right) feed button, the grinding head starts to move horizontally, observe whether the operation is stable, and then debug the automatic, semi-automatic, feed fast, slow and other functions one by one. 1. Loading and unloading of grinding wheel
The machine is equipped with 6 cone shafts for grinding wheels for customers' standby, and a special handle for loading and unloading cone shafts. In order to ensure safety, the interlock device is designed. When the handle is hung at a specially designated position after loading and unloading cone shafts, the machine can be started, otherwise the machine cannot be started. First remove the special handle, insert it into the loading and unloading slot on the upper end of the grinding head spindle, and press the other hand of the handle to move the taper shaft of the grinding wheel to the taper hole of the spindle for a certain distance, and then turn it about 30 degrees to the right. The small round pin on the top of the taper shaft has been automatically inserted into the pull rod in the spindle. At this time, open the loading and unloading handle, and observe whether the big round pin on both sides of the outside of the taper shaft has been inserted into the positioning slot If it is not clamped in, press the handle again, turn it slightly, and release the handle. The order of disassembling and assembling the grinding wheel is opposite to that of installing.
2. Grinding of straight line
The straight line grinding is relatively simple. The operator will put the board on the work table, move it to a certain distance, straighten the direction, fix the size (set the distance of the stroke switch), and set up the grinding wheel to select the desired shape in advance, then adjust the lifting slide plate, make the grinding wheel top and lower the edge of the board, start the machine tool, adjust the longitudinal slide board, and control the feed quantity. To achieve the best working condition.
3. Grinding of curve
When grinding the internal and external curves, first remove the two zigzag fixed bolts on the longitudinal slide, then the process will be bent and moved. When grinding the external curves, the two handles of the operator will be informed by the grinding head handle, and the grinding will be carried out along the curve () of the plate. The process proficiency of the operator will directly affect the quality of the finished products of the curve.
