Buck & Kurschildgen GmbH + Co. KG is a metal processing and manufacturing facility based in Wuppertal, Germany.
As a reliable supplier with core competence in milling, turning and welding technologies we possess state-of-the-art machinery. Here a multitude of machining tasks are implemented through effective production processes.
CNC turning and milling
CNC chuck machines up to a diameter of 250mm with powered tools and in part with rear face machining (manufacturers: Traub TND 400, TNA 500, TNS 65, TND 350G, TNS 42, Okuma)
CNC chuck machines with flexible handling (Okuma LCC 15)
CNC lathes up to diameters of 70mm with powered tools and rear face machining (2 x Gildemeister MF 65 Sprint, 1 x MF 42 Sprint, Okuma LT 25-MY)
CNC machines up to a diameter of 42mm (Traub TNM 42)
CNC longitudinal MAIER ML 26D
CNC machining centre with rotary table (4 axis) / Okuma MX 45

We are a DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
Furthermore, we have a 3D coordinate measuring machine and a profile projector available to us in our quality assurance area.
First article inspection reports are the norm for us.
Amongst other things we produce complex products in both small and large volumes. The highest quality levels, flexibility and absolute reliability are a matter of course with us!
