Our Wanaka Schist Products
Builders Mix - guillotined ready to lay with minimum wastage. One ton will lay an approximate area of 3-4 square metres (depends on the style of laying) Cluden Quarries produces many shades of grays and browns. This schist is used in commercial property, residential housing, walls, fireplaces and pillars
Corners - the schist for corners is hand processed. One ton will lay approximate 16 vertical lineal metres and is used in housing, pillars, fireplaces and columns.
Pavers - one ton will lay 7-8 square metres. The approximate depth is 50mm and is used in landscaping and deckings
Sills - our sills are hand cut to customers specifications
Natural - used in natural retaining wall and is available in small to large natural schist
Stone Chip - this is available in 15 -25mm and 30-40mm and if layered at 50mm thick will cover 8 square metres
