MSK biologic heavy pit cleaner
Your need for an efficient and economic solution.
A new technical solution for pit cleaning. Thanks to its performances, MSK is able to optimize the production, cutting down the charges for the purchase of drinking water and for the mud disposal.
OUTPUT
MSK clarifies a quantity of water varying from 50 up to 300 lt/min.
PUMP
MSK drafts the waste water by a high-head immersion pump from a collection pit (existing or to built). The pump is fully automatic.
CONSTRUCTION
Any Parts that have contact with water and mud are built completely in galvanized or stainless steel, which guarantees a long life time of MSK. There are no moving parts which cut down the time for the maintenance.
FUNCTION SHORTCUT
An immersion pump is positioned in the waste water pit. The hydro cyclone separates the mud from the water. The cleaner water turn back to the pit.
NO CHEMICALS
BIOGERIA uses no polyelectrolyte solution (flocculants) to speed up the process.
WASTE WATER DRAFT
An immersion pump is positioned in the waste water collection point. A swim switch that is delivered with the pump controls the water level in your pit.
SUSPENSION CHAMBER
The suspension chamber prepares the mud for the hydro cyclone. In the chamber the mud get mixed with water. The pump in top of the suspension chamber invites the suspension to the hydro cyclone.
REVERSE LINE
The reverse line of the hydro cyclone ends at the bottom of the suspension chamber. The water from the reverse line solves the solid mud.
HYDRO CYCLONE
A hydro cyclone has three exits, two on the axis and one tangential inlet: one smaller on the bottom (underflow or reject) and a larger at the top (overflow or accept). The underflow is generally the denser or thicker fraction, while the overflow is the lighter or more fluid fraction. The tangential inlet with accelerator feeds the hydro cyclone with the suspension. Internally, centrifugal force is countered by the resistance of the liquid, with the effect that larger or denser particles are transported to the wall for eventual exit at the reject side with a limited amount of liquid. The conical form of the hydro cyclone force the cleaner fraction to reverse direction and exit at the overflow side through a tube extending slightly into the body of the cyclone at the center.
