Antey-50 Hydraulic Stone Splitting Machine

The Antey-50 stone splitting press is designed for splitting blocks of natural and artificial stone up to 400 mm wide and up to 250 mm high into paving stones and facing tiles.
The working tool is floating interchangeable knives with carbide tipped plates that adjust to the uneven surface of the workpiece, thereby ensuring high-quality splitting and high productivity. A special adaptation device in conjunction with a shock-absorbing table significantly increases the service life of the knives.
The hydraulic stone splitting machine can be used not only as part of a stone processing line for the mass production of paving stones and chipped building products, but also as a separate production unit for processing illiquid residues.
