The edging machine "Kolibri-SB" is a professional universal equipment for cutting slabs (slabs) from natural and artificial stone with a maximum size of 3100 * 1000 * 120 mm.
Sawing, edging or facing at an angle of 45 ° is carried out with a diamond circular saw with a diameter of 450 mm in a semi-automatic or automatic mode according to a program preset and executed by a programmable logic controller. Adjustable stepless feed speed of the carriage and spindle rotation speed allow you to select the optimal cutting mode for any type of stone, ensuring high productivity and quality of processing. The positioning of the workpiece is carried out using a microlift device and a laser ruler.
Kolibri-SB uses a closed cooling cycle. Water is supplied directly to the cutting tool from a cascade bath that serves as a sludge settler.
In a variable design, when replacing a diamond wheel with carbide disc cutters, the machine is able to cut aluminum and copper plates, textolite, profile sheet, etc.
