Machinery Function Features
Our cutting line N.2990/2200-6+9C has been designed to obtain maximum production with minimum operator labor and maximum reliability in the machines that comprise it.
The general dimensions of the production line have been adjusted to the needs of the client, following the criteria established by it, in terms of the dimensions of the pieces to be manufactured and the final products obtained.
The entire line is characterized by the robustness and reliability of the machines that make it up, all of which are designed to withstand the toughest working conditions, and it is precisely in this aspect that we can contribute all the experience accumulated over the years that We have been designing and manufacturing machinery for this sector.
One of the great advantages that we can highlight of the machines of this production line is that they are models with designs that have already been evaluated in their operation, and that they only differ from our series machines in their fundamental dimensions, but not in all the components that they incorporate. .
By means of the NDF-1289 automatic loading car (optional), we will feed the longitudinal cutter with the material coming from a stevedore, the boards are collected by this automatic feeder, through the use of suction cups connected to a vacuum pump that lowers them until put them in a horizontal position, prepared for their advance towards the cutting unit. The boards are picked up from the
horizontal stacker and positioned waiting to enter the production line in such a way that in successive boards the alignment is maintained and it is not necessary to adjust the starting point of the cutter.
The intermediate roller table constitutes the point of union between the feeding car and the longitudinal cutter. In addition, it acts as an intermediate warehouse so that the downtime of the cutting unit is minimal.
The longitudinal cutter with 6 heads on mobile bridge N.8000-L-6C and the transversal cutter with 9 heads N.8000-T-9C, are machines equipped with the latest technological advances in terms of their mechanical and electronic design. What stands out above all are the linear guidance systems of the headstock bridge supported by two beams parallel to the cutting table, the first and perpendicular to the second, with
precision linear guides and high-precision, high-rigidity recirculating ball slides, on the that it displaces, to carry out the cutting tasks.
The movable disc holder heads supported on linear guides on the bridge, with recirculating ball sliders, also carry out the vertical movement guided on recirculating ball sliders and driven by a laminated spindle with recirculating ball nut, to be able to position very quickly. and precision, leaving the entire assembly perfectly protected by PVC bellows.
Head holders equipped with translation movement through a displacement motor reducer controlled by a frequency converter and a magnetic rule for positioning on the X axis, and a head driven by a spindle and an electric motor reducer for vertical positioning of the cut on the Z axis. The positioning of the heads is simultaneously thanks to the independent converters of each head.
The N.2304 cutting tables are built with a steel structure with a rectified upper plane, on which the motorized transport belt rests with a rubber-coated outer surface to prevent the displacement of the material during the cutting phase. A device to stop the stone, located on the table of the second crosscutter, allows to greatly reduce the times during the crosscutting process.
The table N.2590, located at the exit of the longitudinal cutter, has a system of physical stops, actuated pneumatically, that allows the selection of the strips that have been previously cut according to the width for their subsequent processing in the longitudinal cutter. By alternating the positioning of the cutting heads we can achieve a multitude of measures depending on the needs of the client.
The second table N.2585 has a dragging device to join and align the strips prior to their processing in the transversal cutter, as well as the removal of longitudinal waste.
The unloading tables with band N.2426 have a frame built based on steel profiles with a transport band for unloading the cutting table, simultaneously, while the crosscutter already receives the next board and is ready to cut.
The Robot – Palletizer N-3530 (optional) with vacuum suction cup, is specially designed to perform automated palletizing tasks, based on the same operating principles applied in standard Nodosafer palletizing, and offers multiple advantages, optimization of work process , reduction of cycle times and efficient use of downtime. The reception Suction Cup, of particular design, is made up of a rectangular plate, capable of supporting
horizontal loads of up to 120 Kgs.
Work areas are protected, limiting access to risk areas by means of protection fences and photocells, to avoid any risk of accident.
All machines and heads are equipped with an implantation system with centralized greasing for quick and easy maintenance.
In the electrical and control installation section, it is worth highlighting the implementation of state-of-the-art automatons with programs custom designed by our technical department, so that the programming of the machines is as simple as possible for the operators, avoiding thus wasting unnecessary time. The programming of the work cycle and the visualization of its sequence is carried out on two operator terminals with a screen, where all the work parameters are displayed, as well as the cutting cycles.
The cutting line N.2990/2200-6+9C basically consists of:
– 1 Intermediate table with motorized plastic rollers, model N.2274.
– 1 Longitudinal cutter with 6 Ø600 heads and mobile bridge, model N.8000-L-6C.
– 1 Transversal cutter with 9 Ø600 heads and mobile bridge, model N.8000-T-9C.
– 2 Cutting tables with motorized band, model N.2304.
– 1 buffer table for sheet metal selection, model N.2590.
– 1 Double displacement table with motorized rollers, model N.2585.
– 2 Motorized band tables for material output, model N.2426.
