I need a small (10in x 25in) piece of Marron Cohiba Granite

Hi,
Our company has the largest selection of decorative light switch plates for the U.S. market.  I’m looking for someone to make slate light switch plates in a variety of slate colors.  I have drawings and specifications for all the configurations that will be purchased similar to the 2 attached specs.
I do not want the straight edge style of slate switch plates that are on my website.  I DO want a jagged or chipped edge as seen in the attached Slate Edge image.  Also, the back needs to be recessed so that the electrical device will accept the plate and the plate will lie flat on the wall.  Attached are 2 different style of slate switch plates that are recessed.
What slate colors do you offer?

I am looking for Colorado Buff sandstone tile to install indoors. Is it possible to specify 1/4" thick tile? 

or do I need to use a minumum thickness that is larger than 1/4". 

Also, Will I need to use a thickset setting bed or is it possible to set on thinset?

Not sure how smooth the tile can be cut and manufactured for indoor use.
