Cobble Stones, Cube Stones are splitted or tumbled natural stones that are traditionally used to pave roads and garden paths. They are usually between 5 and 25 cm in sizes and are often made of granite, basalt, gneiss, porphyry natural stones. Generally granite or basalt is used in places where human and vehicle traffic is heavy. But you can also use limestone and sandstone cobblestone in garden arrangements. The use of natural cobblestone (cube stone) as a road material is generally deliberate to preserve the character of old cities and gives a much more aesthetic appearance than concrete or asphalt.

As sandstone is a natural material, it costs a little more than concrete. Natural stone pavers typically cost around $28 to $40 per square meter, but sandstone pavers are often on the lower end of that price range of most natural stone. Materials like granite and travertine are more expensive than sandstone.
