Multi Blade Tile Cutting in Russian Federation

Multi-saw conveyor machine "Irbis" is a high-performance equipment designed for sawing blocks of natural stone with dimensions 390 * 190 * 188 mm and strength up to 40 megapascals (limestone, shell rock, tuff, sandstone) into tiles with a minimum thickness of 20 mm.
The cutting tool is diamond circular saws with a diameter of 600 mm, due to which stone blocks are cut in a single-pass mode. The width of the resulting tiles is determined by the dimensions of the spacers between the discs. The loading and main conveyors, driven by one common motor, continuously feed the workpieces into the working area. Subsequently, the finished tiles pass through the irrigation and sludge removal module and move to the discharge conveyor.
The multi-disc machine "Irbis" is an excellent addition to the "Prima" stone cutting machine in terms of cutting wall stone and processing substandard blocks.
