EQUIPMENTS
Here we show you our concept of completeness.
N° 1 Rectifying spindle assembled on an horizontal axis with manual positioning. The spindle can rectify on the edge 3 mm on a maximum thickness of 4 cm.
N° 1 tilting calibrating spindle assembled on n. 2 orthogonal axes: the vertical one with motorised positioning and keyboard, the horizontal one with manual positioning. The spindle is arranged to be equipped with shaped wheels to rough irregular profiles and can tilt to 45°.
Automatic pre-cutting bevelling spindles (n. 2).
Series of spindles for the edge, the first with diamond wheel generating the bullnose profile with automatic positioning (n. 6).
N°5 polishing spindles for straight edges with electrical motor in axis; power 1,1 Kw each, 900rpm each; spindles assembled on a beam with the possibility of floating during the working.
Series of beveling spindles (n. 4).
DYNAMIC/SMART SPEED FUNCTION: machine equipped with special software that, during the automatic cycle, varies automatically the belt speed to reduce downtimes according to the kind working and the tools to be utilized. An inverter inside the electric box allows to vary the conveyor belt speed (from 0 to 3m/1’) directly from the touch screen
