All waterjets exhibit stream lag and taper when cutting through material. Our patented Dynamic Waterjet® with Active Tolerance Control™ compensates for these inherent errors. Dynamic Waterjet produces more accurate parts at significantly higher cut speeds than parts cut with a standard waterjet. Utilizing advanced mathematical cutting models, SmartStream™ technology controls an articulated wrist to automatically tilt, compensating for the stream lag and taper.

PASER 4 UCL Cutting Head
UCL (Ultra Component Life) technology extends orifice and mixing tube component life to a level that has yet to have been achieved in the industry. The UCL provides lower cost of operation as fewer parts are consumed and maintenance intervals are greatly extended.
At the core of our UCL technology is the Precision Orifice assembly. The Diamond Precision Orifice performs at 60,000 psi (4,150 bar) or 87,000 psi (6,000 bar) operating pressure reliably and repeatedly, lasting longer than ever before. Other grade orifice designs available for the Paser UCL head.
Unlike other cutting heads, the PASER 4 cutting head allows you to easily change the orifice assembly without having to replace the entire cutting head. The advanced design eliminates the need for an expensive carbide mixing chamber spare part in the cutting head.

Our exclusive UltraPierce™ Vacuum Assist technology provides reliable piercing of brittle and laminated materials such as marble, stone, glass, and composites.
Fragile materials such as these tend to form craters, cracks, or break during high pressure piercing. UltraPierce is a cutting head option that allows the Paser 4 to pierce these materials easily, saving time and raw material, as well as enhancing the quality of the finished product. UltraPierce's exclusive no clog design pulls abrasive into the cutting head a split second before the waterjet starts so that the waterjet has abrasive particles entrained in the jet stream immediately.
